This dinner is also known as the I-Need-To-Clean-Some-Of-This-Stuff-Out-Of-My-Cabinets/Freezer dinner.

It would be nice if I could create delicious, from-scratch meals every day. But for busy weeks like this one has been, with my husband and I both clocking 42+ hours at our respective day jobs, there’s something to be said about being able to prepare a full meal in twenty minutes or less.
